Bearspaw Community Association (BCA) Membership — $50/year
All enrolled families are required to hold a current Bearspaw Community Association (BCA) family membership as part of enrollment. The annual membership fee is $50 per family and supports the Bearspaw Community Association that makes our preschool program possible. This is paid once per year, in addition to the registration deposit and monthly tuition.

- • Method of payment for tuition include:
- • Credit Card: Effective September 1, 2026. Credit Card payments are the only accepted form of payment. All Payments will be processed securely through our online registration and our payment platform, Jotform. When setting up your payment you will have the option to choose your payment schedule that works best for you- monthly, semiannually or as a one time lump sum.

Registration Payments & Membership
Families can complete registration payments and required membership payments online. Please follow the registration form instructions carefully and contact the preschool if you have any questions.

After you've paid, please email registration@bearspawpreschool.com to let us know which class your child will be attending.
