Payment Schedules & Details

Tuition fees can be paid in full up front, or in two installments:

1/ Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec & June

and

2/ Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr/May

Tuition fees can be paid by cheque, e-transfer or cash (delivered to a Teacher during class time).

A $100 Non-refundable registration fee is due within 48 hours of confirmation of your acceptance into the Bearspaw Preschool program to guarantee your spot. Failure to pay this will cause your child’s placement to be released.

Late fees will apply on installment payments that are not processed 7 days past the installment due date.

All registered students must hold a valid Bearspaw Lifestyle Center (BLC) membership. If families do not have a current valid membership which renews yearly, the fee is collected by the Preschool on behalf of the BLC.

 

Program fees are payable in two installments. All program fees are due within 48 hours of the payment date. In the event program fees are not received, the child’s placement in the Preschool may be released.

Methods of payment for tuition include:

E-Transfer: The e-Transfer from your online banking institute should be emailed to treasurer@bearspawpreschool.com with the name of the student in the notes for easy reference.

Cheque: Please make cheques payable to “Bearspaw Preschool Society”. Cheques may be delivered to one of our Teachers during class time.

Cash: Cash can be delivered to one of our Teachers during class time.

4/ BEARPAW LIFESTYLE CENTER PAYMENTS ARE DUE THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL.
