Please note that the fees below are for the 2023/2024 school year.

3 Year Old Program
$210 per month
$2,000/With government subsidy / as low as $10/mth for eligible families
  • 2 hours of instruction
  • 2 days a week
  • Morning & Afternoon Classes
  • Required: A $100 non-refundable registration deposit, in addition to preschool fees and is to be paid once you receive confirmation of your child's registration.
  • Required: A $50 BGCA family membership, paid directly to the Lifestyle Centre at the start of the school year.
  • Includes all field trips and special guests
4 Year Old Program
$300 per month
$3,000/With government subsidy / as low as $100mth for eligible families
  • 3 hours of instruction
  • 3 days a week
  • Morning & Afternoon Classes
  • Required: A $100 non-refundable registration deposit, in addition to preschool fees and is to be paid once you receive confirmation of your child's registration
  • Required: A $50 BGCA family membership, paid directly to the Lifestyle Centre at the start of the school year.
  • Includes all field trips and special guests


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Tuition can be paid in full up front, or in two installments Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec and Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr/May.

BGCA MEMBERSHIP

All students must hold a Bearspaw Glendale Community Association (BGCA) membership.

Payment Schedules & Details

A $100 Non-refundable Registration fee is due within 48 hours of confirmation of your acceptance into the Bearspaw Preschool program to hold your spot. Failure to pay this will cause your child’s placement to be released.

Tuition Payment may be paid in one instalment or in two (One payment covers Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec and one payment covers Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr/May).

Late fees will apply on instalment payments that are not processed 7 days past the instalment due date.

BGCA Membership fee of $50 to be paid directly to the Lifestyle Centre at the beginning of the school year.

Child Care Subsidy

Some families may qualify for Child Care Subsidy provided by the Government of Alberta.  The Ministry of Children’s Services provides financial assistance to eligible lower-income families for licensed pre-schools and approved early childhood development programs.
